When a entity or individual files a lawsuit, it should first understand the 14th Amendment. It would appear the Defendant is exercising the rights afforded under the Amendment.
The Constitution is one of the greatest productions of mankind.
Kyle, shareholders, and the company has rights as well, but when they decide to play prosecutor, if you will, and file suit, they should know the burden is on them.
