CHICAGO, IL / ACCESSWIRE / May 4, 2016 / HDS International Corp. and CMG Holdings Group, Inc. (OTC PINK: HDSI & OTCQB: CMGO): Good Gaming, Inc. ("Good Gaming" or the "Company", a majority-owned subsidiary of CMGO, announced today that it has completed its first closed public beta testing of its 2.0 tournament platform and is preparing to enter into full-blown production.
The purpose of the test was to determine the functionality, speed, ease of use, and accuracy of the system. The Company had 102 amateur players sign up for the Beta test. Qualifiers were held on Saturday April 30th and the main tournament was held on Sunday May 1st. The beta test saw the back end perform a seamless transition from qualifiers to tournament phase without a single bug. Don Wilson the chief architect of the tournament platform stated the following: "The first beta test rated a combined 95% or higher in all the key areas we were evaluating and I could not be more pleased with the results." With the first beta test seeing better than expected results, the Good Gaming team has moved up the next iteration of testing to Saturday May 14th and Sunday May 15th where it will reveal the new content system as well as other site features for testers to evaluate and enjoy.
Thus far, the Company has received numerous positive comments on the tournament platform including the following feedback:
Positive Feedback
Brendan's Feedback: I was excited to receive an invitation to be a part of your tournament. Though I didn't get passed qualifiers, I had friendly opponents and felt that the system was very clear on instructions, rules, and a great way to add the opponent. The signup process was simple and finding the tournament on the page was simple as well. It felt easy and gave me no stress to try to hunt down who my opponent was. I love how the page also auto refreshes to inform you of the tournament information (Game/round number opponent information etc.)
The transition from switching to a different opponent worked quick and gave me the correct information needed to begin my matches with my opponent. Another feature I liked was the rules/information of the tournament was right next to the opponent making it convenient for me to look at without having to go to a different page. Overall I felt my experience was great and smooth!
Other than those issues, and how smooth the tournament system ran, I enjoyed being able to customize my personal page. The site is very clear and is pleasant to look at. I'm excited to see what other features you plan to bring and hope I get the opportunity to be a part of other tournaments as well as other testing.
Simon's Feedback: I just wanted to email and let you guys know the tournament was phenomenal for its first run. Each of the queues for players ran smoothly. The player response from GM's was fast and concise. Issues that normally other companies who host tournaments face that take longer to resolve were handled in a precise timely manner also able to keep the tournament going with little to no down time. I was able to enjoy seven rounds of the Tournament before losing (Damn the luck!) but all in all still enjoyable. You guys at Good-Gaming.com have created the ability for people to access the tournament scene and try their hands at a level of possible professional gaming for rewards and great prestige at a Doable level. Like they always say: If there is something easily accessible, people will flock to it and try it, and this lets them have it without jumping through hoops and dissuade them.
Congratulations and keep up the amazing work, you guys are onto something and maybe be able to possibly shake the foundations of the E-sport scene. I honestly hope you know there is only 100% sincerity behind these words I share.
Some additional comments from participating gamers include the following:
- The tournament screens moved smoothly and quickly. Adding players was easy due to the visible Bnet Tag.
- The transition from switching to a different opponent worked quick and gave me the correct information needed to begin my matches with my opponent. Another feature I liked was the rules/information of the tournament was right next to the opponent making it convenient for me to look at without having to go to a different page. Overall I felt my experience was great and smooth.
- First off I would like to say that the site and system are amazing! I haven't run into any technical issues at all. Won my two BO3's, the system matched me with someone who immediately responded and competed against me. Perfect.
- The Sparty looking for opponent thing is not only funny but really flows well with the tournament.
- The website itself ran very smoothly with well visual queues so I knew what was going on and how to respond to things correctly. I am very excited I was able to take part in such a well done beta and look forward to more!

Said Vik Grover, CEO: "I could not be prouder of our team and their accomplishments thus far. They have worked tirelessly to bring a professional product to market that is world-class. I am confident that we are on the cusp of great things. Looking ahead, we will be launching more public beta tournaments in the next few weeks and will be speaking with our major alliance publisher about tournament dates that we expect to drive substantial traffic and activity to our site. Separately, we are working with our accountants and auditors and intend to bring the public entity current with its SEC filings in a matter of days, which will then allow us to effect a name change and ticker change as we enter a new chapter in the Company's historic evolution into the leading destination site for amateur eSports gamers worldwide."
