$TPAC I would have to agree. In comparison, it is like having a beverage company. You want to push a million cases. Which is faster and more efficient: Trying to sell all of them yourself(as a small marketing team), or licensing your recipe to several other beverage makers who will slap their label on and give you a cut(in the form of a licensing fee)? Most likely the second option, just as TPAC is doing.
And as for the AU situation, it might be part of the topic(s) from the capacity meetings with Boeing. Aside from the US, AU is Boeing's largest footprint, with 27 locations in AU alone. If we are talking about saving in taxes, transport, etc., this may be equally as beneficial to Boeing as our factory in China.
