There is still time to get in at .0001. The updated filings are not expected to be filed until the end of the month...first week of June. Some DD below.

Integrated Freight Corporation provides long-haul, regional and local motor freight service nationally. The company hired a new auditing firm in March 2016. Per the company the former audits for 2014 and 2015 are expected to be completed within six week of the notice date 4/20/16 which is by the end of May, first week of June. The 2016 audit is expected to be filed on time and is due the end of June.
The company expects 2016 revenues to be 24mil and expect to report profits.
