Definitely great news!! The Australian deal happened pretty quickly and one I thought was still several months away at the earliest. This business reconstruction effort I like!!! I definitely did not see that coming. The PR sounds like they are already in the process of making some deals.

Quote:
“We look forward to working with our already established partners, including Bower Aero, to provide OEM quality certified bearings to one of the most demanding aviation markets in the world.”

http://www.bower.aero/

That is just one established partner. I would like to know more about the others. I also would like to know if they already have deals inked or at least close to that. Lots of questions arising out of the news, but looks like TPACMuse is working hard to answer those.

One of THE most important questions was already answered in that TPAC China will be supplying the bearings to TPAC Australia until they are up and running. So, we get the licensing revenue up front AND direct sales in the short term....with option to renew the licensing annually. However, another question I have is once Australia is up and running production, does TPAC USA get royalties....do we sell them the liners....etc.

Lots of details yet to be revealed which I hope we learn more about in due time. I *think* this is something the BDG is working on as far as projections. We shall see.

Overall, this to me is indeed a very significant and pleasantly unexpected milestone achieved for TPAC as we continue to grow and expand. I wouldn't
use the word "huge" myself, but definitely "major". I will continue to sleep soundly at night as this awesome company continues to execute the necessary steps in creating value for shareholders.

As we see in the PPS action this morning, the market isn't impressed. This is what I was talking about yesterday in my post about IR's over-hyping the PR in advance. This is pretty much what I expected to happen today if it wasn't news about a big contract signed with somebody like Boeing, AVIC or Projen.

In fact, I just saw 10 million shares flashed on the ask. I really want to know just who keeps stacking the ask like that and where these shares are coming from. I won't be the only one who notices and many will "smell" dilution after the news. Let's hope that is a fake wall as we've seen before several times.

So, it doesn't look like the PPS is going to benefit from this news release. That is quite unfortunate and dismaying because it confirms my belief that there are alot of very shallow-minded investors out there....weak hands....impatient investors....etc. I consider it a golden buying opportunity. I will without a doubt take advantage of it to increase my position.

The question is if this news will grab the attention of those with much deeper pockets than mine. I honestly don't know, but it certainly has to get some attention from a few big investors. Time will tell.

Now onto the many other things in the pipeline for TPAC!!

Let blockheads read what blockheads wrote.

Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing.

The investor of today does not profit from yesterday's growth.

We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful.

It's far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price than a fair company at a wonderful price.

If a business does well, the stock eventually follows.
