I have a feeling that it's all about the financial

A little on the resellers marketing and there you have it.
From a long standpoint it's good news. From a short term I doubt we'll see a big bump in the pps, unfortunately. It's kind of like some of the other OTC's when they come out with an 8-k that says "record breaking financials." They don't always draw a lot of new investors, especially if it doesn't show a massive change in the profit end of the revenue. It does, however, reassure us that TPAC is okay and on target for potential future gains.
I thank Texas for the response from IR. I'm not going anywhere but I'm not expecting anything "huge" in the way of a higher pps. That's okay. Slow and steady is more like the Nasdaq or NYSE. Isn't that what we're after anyhow?
I do think that .01 should come well before the EOY though, even w/o the IM bank deal. If it doesn't get to .01 until the EOY, with all of the prospects that this company has, then it will be because it has been held down artificially so that a RS immediately after the EOY can occur to get it far enough up and away from pennyland to counter some of the flipping and reduce the share structure, at least from our standpoint.
