Does anyone know why NTEK does not file regular annual and quarterly reports with the SEC? I was looking around to try and find the bylaws of the company and noticed that the last document filed with the SEC is "CERTIFICATION AND NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF REGISTRATION UNDER SECTION 12(g) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 OR SUSPENSION OF DUTY TO FILE REPORTS UNDER SECTIONS 13 AND 15(d) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934." It was filed on 06/26/12 and signed by Jeff Foley, but before looking into the reason for the suspension, I noticed the document expired 12/31/14. Hypothetically that sounds like we should have resumed being required to file after that point, but it does not look like anything has been filed.
If we are not filing regular registration documents with the SEC when we should be, I think that goes a long way into explaining our current situation.
