Compiling a list of questions for Kyle Kennedy's deposition that I think should be asked. I'm sure the FBAR deposition will lead to other questions.
1- Is Asher one of the unnamed corporations issued convertible notes?
2- If not, when did they company stop doing business with Asher?
3- If so, how much damage do you estimate they did, if any to the price per share?
4- Why did the description of the permit issued for the current site changed from recovery, to dig and identify, to exploration with a dig and identify modification in the SEC filings over an 18 month time frame?
5- Is Jim Sinclair a reliable source, in your opinion, about what has been found on the current site?
6- If not, why did Seafarer hire him?
7- If so, why did he not mention the gold coins or the Captains wife's name being inscribed on the platters in his research design submitted with the application for the current site?
8- Did you submit additional items to the FBAR last September (as a board poster alleged) in an effort to get another permit issued?
9- Why did you tell Judge Stephens the two posts you read in the last hearing, authored by the Defendant were posted on the SFRX board when your own exhibit states they were posted on another stock board?
10- Was it because Judge Stephens stated those posts didn't mention SFRX or you?
