I think what's holding this back is VNDM at .0031 with the hidden 10K bid. VNDM is a known diluter. Not saying IR is lying about not introducing new shares, but just the appearance of VNDM (or VFIN, among others) with hidden number of shares scares the ever-loving HELL out of most traders/investors. Their presence works like a resistance point, unfortunately.
