I think this presents a possible solution to a reverse split. If this stock does an RS, the naked short interest will most likely drive the company into the ground. It will devastate the folks who have been holding the stock since the .17 days
I remember when this idea was proposed, I offered a fair amount of my shares in this endeavor, as did many other shareholders. I can't think of another situation where a large portion of the shareholders would make the company an offer like this.....
Does management have a way to counter the short attack that will most definitely happen if an RS is executed ? Is there a way to counter it ?
I'm very positive on this company and technology as long as they don't make poor managerial decision. I think an RS would constitute one of those situations.
There must be alternative ways to handle the convertibles. Unless you have a way to counter the naked short interest, this plan is paramount to corporate suicide.
Don't throw the tremendous gains this company has made over the past year down the drain.......JMHO
