$TPAC Thank you for a great analysis, and additionally, adding in your previous positions in public relations. Some really great points were made. I, for one, really happen to like Bill's enthusiasm, and see it as a very good thing. But on the flip side, it is good to have a counterbalance. An entity(or individual) with high levels on enthusiasm creates great leadership and great sales, as they radiate their belief in what they are doing and the product they are passing along. Having another entity, such as the FR, that is sterile in its respective approach to numbers and to business, can be equally as beneficial, being that enthusiasm is emotionally derived, and that conversely, a more robotic approach will be counterpoising by making sure that no decisions are made with rose-colored glasses or out of various forms of low-grade panic, such as an excessive sense of urgency that can accompany enthusiasm.
I'm sure all we need is a bit of time, just as you said, to get everyone on the same page, to iron out new details and new ways of doing things, and to merge two sets of data into one.
