A Pretty Good Summary.....No Offense Meant...Great Job...!!!....Just The Other Side of the Fence......Given how the PPS is acting this morning (now down 10%), I'd say the strategy of hyping and promoting the release of the PR isn't working too well. Granted, the PR could be huge as they are promoting, but "huge" means different things to different investors. IR should know and understand this.
IR should also understand that the world of the OTC is full of pump and dumps, scams, etc etc. It is a cesspool of lies and deception. That is just an ugly fact. Many people have been burned badly, including myself. The bashers of course take full advantage of this for whatever personal gain they seek.
Throw that all together and we get what we are seeing this morning. On top of that, if the PR falls short of the hype and what most everybody is expecting, the PPS will suffer as well as the reputation of the company and the PR department. Once that happens, it will be extremely tough to regain any reputation and the company suffers.....as if it doesn't have enough challenges to deal with.
So, in my opinion, the IR department needs to dial it back abit. The old saying is true in the market that your always over-deliver. It is far far more beneficial to do so without doubt. Otherwise, you run the risk of what I stated above.
In our case, it is my opinion that most of the investing world is expecting a true blockbuster PR like a signed contract with Boeing as their bearing supplier. That is what we have been building towards. The market expects it whenever a "huge" PR is being touted in advance. Now, whatever it is that will be announced tomorrow might in fact be "huge" for the company's future...and therefore "huge" for TPAC management and long term shareholders.....but unless it is "huge" for the market, it will end up being detrimental in the short term and the PPS will deflate and alot of faithful longs will be pissed.
As I write this, the selling continues this morning because the market is betting on a PR that will fall short of expectations and hype. Again, this proves that the current strategy isn't working so well. IR needs to really re-evaluate their approach.
With all of that being said, I honestly think the news tomorrow will indeed be substantial. It may in fact be a true "blockbuster"...."game changer"...."huge" [in my best Donald Trump voice...lol]. If it is, then this post will soon be forgotten. If not, then the PPS will stagnate or even decrease a bit. Depending on the substance of the news and *I* personally think it solid news for the future of TPAC, I will buy up more shares as the shallow minds and weak hands sell. Either way, I win.
The bottom line is that I do not support the advanced notice and the "overly exuberant" tweets in doing so. I can forgive it this time though because we have been waiting quite awhile for something really solid to increase our value as shareholders as a reward for holding strong and fighting the bashers. Some on this board have held alot longer than I have and even more deserving. It is nice to know that something substantial is now less than 24 hours away. We deserve that.
I hope that after tomorrow, IR calms down a bit and allow the future PRs to move things. I personally think it is ok to announce that a PR is soon coming out, but be mindful of overplaying it. As Joe Friday of Dragnet is famous for saying, "Just the facts, ma'am".
Now, I hope by this time tomorrow I have to eat my words and the PR is truly a glorious spectacle of huge news that leaves us all breathless and much wealthier as shareholders. I will be happy to eat my words.....as long as I can drizzle them in some Texas BBQ sauce.
These Words are sent From Friends......All Solid Longs....
Sincerely, Mark Gotham Long and Strong

to me
Thank you for sharing the views/comments of the other side…
With respect to any shareholder that sponsored the below comments, IR is here to listen. The goal is to make this the best IR possible.
But a few mentions…
First, IR is not a part of any marketing campaign therefore it doesn’t have or ever will have a marketing strategy.
IR reports company news as it happens. Shareholders that followed the IR brief on the USA FR taskers would know its a goal to build a stock resistant to the 5 invaders; allowing it to provide income to all versions of investors.
IR is here to report factual TPAC business dealings, financial conditions and answer questions from the shareholder community. IR does not write press releases nor suggest any information to be placed within one.
Secondly, the stock comment…every day the stock has toggled between .0025 to .0027 to .003 and has held its value. This makes us wonder if the person or persons making the comments really are holding shares. It would appear that a shareholder would like to see this in a stock. Especially one that just ten business days before….. was falling to .0014. The comments don’t seem to match the state of fact... it goes without saying that every investor wants to see their stock rise.
Also the word “huge” is being targeted….TPAC, less than 11 days ago, began a transformation to get things on track. Since that time it has stabilized its stock position, increased its revenue and tagged new business and a few other things.
I think that is huge for 10 actual business days and the results of ten business days work will be summarized to the shareholders through a PR.
IR cannot speak for TPACs past but it can speak about what is factual and happening now. There has been a few wonderful things that this company has done and more it will do to earn the respect of the shareholders.
This shouldn’t be down played because of the ill wills that happen in the OTC market. Each person that invest in this type of market knows the risk. The real question is why are we having the conversation if you’re still in the OTC market place.
If you really can’t take the heat isn’t it time to move away from the fire. The stock has held its value and is doing nothing that it hasn’t done since last week before the mention of a PR. Again, IR does not write or even deliver the PR – it simply reports them.
Once again IR humbly apologizes for using the word “huge”. But there is pride here of the work that IR and all the members of TPAC have done to turn this organization around… and in ten business days. This is a Wonderful thing…Go TPAC.
IR always sends thanks to all TPAC shareholders for the views and comments but let’s move with the stats for today and then tomorrow one day, one way…
Special Note to IRs eyes and ears out there, please make sure that the other side gets a chance to see this….Thank you
