$PSGR Here comes MY OPINION again: In 2015 (April

The April 2015 Precious Metals content did NOT define the type or types of Precious Metals in the assay. While 0.416 oz/ton of GOLD would be significant, the same weight in SILVER would amount to virtually nothing of value. Pershing Resources MUST provide shareholders with information that clarifies ALL assay contents, not solely a generic description under the Precious Metals title. Until Pershing defines content, the 0.416/oz/ton is meaningless. The potential investment of $1MM is also ambiguous, at best. IF I read and understand the Press Release correctly, portions of the investment money will be released based upon benchmarks established by the Investment Company. A little, some, or all of the money may be provided to Pershing Resources (with the accompanying stock purchase) IF Pershing is able to demonstrate progress towards profitability. From a shareholder point of view, the Investment Company MAY be the best thing to happen....EVER. Presuming the Investment Company takes an active role in Pershing by following up on each and every dollar release/share purchase, shareholders MAY finally see real activity from the company and, ultimately, production. Because of the 20+ years of DO-NOTHING & BS History of Pershing and its prior iterations, one can remain skeptical that anything positive will happen. The next 6 months or so will define IF Pershing Resources will change from years of Press Release BS to a company which issues a Press Release that DEFINITIVELY states sufficient GOLD has been Mined, Processed and sold to provide a dividend to shareholders. The clock is ticking.
