While I tend to agree that Jerry has much bigger news in the wings, another way to look at distribution progress would be to consider M & S Up North Distributing. They're not a huge company, but they're making a big splash in the pond thanks to a HUGELY successful partnership with Rocky Mountain High Brands. As far as I can see, they haven't gone public. No mention of investment information on their site, yet their hard work has played a major role in the building of RMH Brands. The way they've gone after this, it wouldn't surprise me at all to see them continue to grow right alongside RMH Brands as demand for the hemp infused product line sees major growth. In summary, I wouldn't write off the value adding potential in a deal with any well established distribution company, whether they've sold stock at the penny level to raise capital or they've sold no stock at all. All that really matters is that they can help establish new customers over a highly populated, wide geographic area, then help us get product on the shelves. When they're already hooked up with a huge customer base, the progress should be easier/faster. IW should be VERY good for business.
