Also, I posted about this topic before over here and over "there". An application for expanded access speaks volumes and is unpredictable therefore a true catalyst that they cannot foresee or plan for. They can't even down play it because there has to be some benefit to the patient before granted.
Lastly, there could be applications for expanded access in the works or on some clerk's table somewhere and they may not be considered materiel events as defined by the sec... My 02.
