This forum does not want trolls - if someone has not figured out how to ask a question or bring up a new or even old topic without sounding like a troll, then their online social skills are terrible, too nonchalant, non existent, or they are a troll. For anyone who has not achieved even a modest understanding to the basics of online etiquette and have been mistaken for a troll at any time, my/our apologies! You might try talking to people in person - when you make it through a conversation without getting punched in the face, come back to our forum and try again, using the same type of conversing that saved your face.
