Pretty sure that bankruptcies due to exorbitantly priced procedures are less likely under the ACA.
The overly complex private healthcare reform is all that either Party could ever pass.
The economics for single payer, including untethering employers from ever again *wasting time and money on yearly 'enrollment drives', are worth arguing, if not persuasive.
* HR can get back to dealing with the lines of conservatives out their doors muttering "can't say nuthin' no more...I was just flirtin'..." LOL!
And no, that's not 'government healthcare'. Private doctors and presumably supplemental health insurance polices would likely still be necessary.
