NAPLES, FL / ACCESSWIRE / May 2, 2016 / International Consolidated Companies (OTC: INCC) Shareholder update on St. James Remedies (SJR).
SJR and Reakiro Labs LTD, a UK based producer of CBD oil extract is expanding its LOI to include European distribution of SJR products.
"We are very excited to distribute SJR's products both at home and abroad," said Adam Ardenfriend, President SJR.
The companies believe they will execute a definitive joint venture agreement later this month.
SJR is engaging James Hanratty Design www.Creativityis.Life, for product packaging and label design. James expects that the designs for first products should be completed by the end of May 2016.
SJR's first product will be a 1000mg tincture SJR is committed to using the highest quality products at an affordable price per mg. Many current hemp oil extracts are being offered at retail at an average of 50 cents per mg. Our tincture is slated to retail for $129.99 or 12.999 cents per mg. In staying with our mission: We want to help people by providing them, what we believe to be, the best remedies at value pricing.
