I would be shocked if we were to hear any news that we can't find out on are own for at least weeks. Inless it's going to trial then I think hjoe might have a press release in the near future. I am ok if hjoe wants to take it to trial if it takes a little more time so be it. You look at the problems that kbm created , the harassment of the bashers the tactics they used. Look at the price per share the manipulation not only did it effect the company hjoe, the dealers ,store owners, the share holders , if hjoe would not have had the balls to stand up to kbm they would have screwed all of us. Now it's kbm s turn to get a taste of its own medicine and in my opinion kbm is going to be writing a big check to hjoe. Hjoe has the best information to make the best decision and I will support them what ever they decide.
