We know that the mice who were treated with Prurisol were "cured" but they didn't survive long enough after that to know whether it would have come back over time. (sorry little mice, your sacrifice was necessary )
But, even if Prurisol worked on people for "only" 6 months or a year, and then the dose needed to be repeated, that would be a lot better than having to take medication every day. So I think that any kind of efficacy, even if it's only for a subset of psoriasis sufferers, would be a blockbuster.
