Yhea, agree with much of what you said Mr. Magoo. The only thing is that I am sure he went to those other countries for a specific reason, which we do not really know the full extent of. I can not imagine even for a minute that he did not / does not realize the state of affairs within the country with respect to Putin. The Ukraine is simply a tool for Putin to use for other reasons, IMO.
What Bill's tone has been all along is that there is much larger fish to catch than the ones that can be seen on the surface. I honestly believe that. This world is global market these days, and I think he understands the implications of that. Good choices... only time will tell. GLTA
