Im 41. Started investing when I was 17 with lawnmower/lifeguarding money. Gave the local rep myittle spiel about what I wanted to do. He then proceeded to tell me the avg age of his clients when they started to invest/think about retirement was 45. Every year that comment means more and more as I see peers, Colleagues, and such get further and further "behind" thinking a couple grand a year in a 401K is going to cut it
