Mr Cali - where did you find that ? It's not on otcmarkets.com yet. Let's keep this board as the main source of info for traders interested in $INCC.
Someone keeps putting outdated information back up on the Board Intro on iHub so I'm not wasting my time there anymore. The basher Mods don't bother to get agreement of all the Mods before posting there so I'm done with them.
From the views here, it is pretty obvious that anyone interested in $INCC is coming here - certainly enough to take advantage of the limited number of shares that will be available going up from here.
It is hilarious that the the usual suspect are congratulating each other on their fake DD because they don't understand how Registered Offices work in the UK and they don't understand David Neisingh's 21-year connection with Kiev in the Ukraine !
2016 should be a great year for $INCC provided the LOI gets translated into a real partnership. Past inabilities to launch projects due to circumstances outside of the control of the $INCC's management does not mean future projects will not be a success, particularly when collaborating with such a well-motivated, successful and financially secure partner..
Bring on the news on Monday and let's see if the views here translate into buys. If not - no problem - patient investors should be rewarded.
