If COR tries to go against shareholders, they will have to go a loooong and expensive way. There are many precedent cases and shareholders have never ever been required to return divys if they are not accomplices in the fraud.
On top of that, still can't find a fraud here. COR shorted or dumped unauthorized shares and they were held accountable by DTCC.
There was no error by DTCC. They and COR discussed the issue before DTCC took the funds. DTCC could have stopped everything but they proceeded charging COR. This point is conveniently omitted by COR.
For me it is:
1 - COR was victim of their own lousy operation not knowing the rules about the special divy.
2 - COR is the fraud. They were happily clearing and dumping shares for a company that doesn't exist, maybe created by them or their friends. If you pay with a check, the merchant asks you to show an ID. Looks weird that COR didn't have any documentation from CRGP for more important transactions.
Maybe the intention of all this circus is to distract us from asking who got all the money from the hundreds of millions of shares from $0.30 to $0.0020? The supposedly real ones plus the shorts, plus the air shares. This is much more than the $3 M COR is whining about. COR has a liability with shareholders for duping shares of a phantom company. Either they are part of the scheme or they didn't apply the controls they are required to perform by SEC.

And my turn to recommend a different stock. $ULTR shipper $0.29. Only one remaining below $1.00. Potential to go parabolic as $PRGN and $GLBS.
