There may be some background information that is not spelled out in the 10-K (and possibly not required to be for penny stocks). Barry Kaye is untouchable except through the secretary and will probably not be willing to waste his time trying to answer these many questions.
Maybe it is time to fill up George's in box. Even that may not produce results. In a response to me about the stock price this morning he said
"The people that are buying our stock now are accredited investors, This is the time to buy, some of our investors have told us that they have made a lot of money when they sold and are now buying in again. Most of the people on them bords should not be in this stock, We are not worried about the stock price. It will eventually get to a stable level."
I have heard that from him on two other occasions. Stable level? Who cares about a stable level. I want the SP to go up!
