Or...someone (read organization) will "convince" him to allow it to go through. When big business comes to loggerheads with big politics, guess who usually comes out second best? People think that the US is based on a democracy and the political process. This is a CAPITALISTIC society based on trade and money. Although a front can be maintained for the short term, big business always wins. It's the American way.
