I think they go hand in hand. Levy can worry about the share structure and uplisting while Lee can focus on profitability. Those guys have different skill sets and they have teamed up. I think they can do it all.
The reason why I think the share structure and uplisting are important to the company is because the company wants to sell shares at some point. If they're smart, and I believe they are, they would want the pps a lot higher before they do that. The whole point of this reverse merger was for UMS to go public and raise capital for expansion.
I'm happy to be along for the ride.
