It's good Judge Stephens is holding Kyle accountable, just like Judge Cook did. I wonder who Kyle will call as witnesses.

And will they say, we did buy SFRX when the Defendant's posts were shown to be lies, as SFRX "alleges" they are.
And would the Court the ask, so why did the price continue to drop? What external force (Huffman's term) caused the price to continue this DEATH SPIRAL?
I like Judge Stephens logical approach to things. I was asking the same questions last year. Great minds think alike.
