$PSGR OK, I am curious. Why would an investment firm risk 'up to one million dollars' to purchase shares in a company that has never over a 20+ year history provided shareholders with a return on investment? I can understand the possible purchase of 9.9% of the outstanding common shares at a rock bottom price. I can understand that the million bucks is small potatoes for an investment firm. I can even understand the allure of the potential Big Bucks return on a possible 2 cent/share investment in a precious metals mining company,,,,,keeping in mind that Pershing Resources represents itself as a Research and Development company. So other than chump change to the investment company, what is a possible reason that anyone/investment firm would potentially invest one million bucks? A guess on my part: One can hope that the investment firm will take over management of the company and market it to other mining companies with the intent to either sell Pershing Resources outright /OR/ form a partnership/merge with an existing mining company that truly has experience with mining precious metals. Yeah, I am curious to see how long the investment firm will remain silent IF nothing positive and productive happens at Pershing Resources.
