MKT acquisition now ready to complete! The deal was with cash and shares. They got the cash as per:
"NSEH Inc. ?@NSEHINC Mar 24
New York trip was a major success as we have raised capital to get us current and get the acquisition completed."
Now they have the shares with today's 8-k share increase.
Won't be long now!!
