I wouldn't blame yourself for not seeing the price hit 2 cents. Predicting what a stock does is difficult enough. Predicting what the OTC did? That's a different story because there's sometimes no rhyme or reason to any of it.
I remember a school once punished a kid for scoring perfect on some exam, simply on the grounds that nobody had ever scored perfect before, which meant he simply "must" have been cheating. So he took the test under high scrutiny. Scored perfect, again.
This is pretty much what happened when RMHB hit 30 cents. But they're not giving OTC a second chance and I don't blame them one bit.
