This is the email I received yesterday from IR (the entire thing didn't fit in the screen shot, the only thing left out was IR's signature, "ir@talk".)
EMAIL-FROM-IR
1) The thing that really sticks out to me is the sentence that reads as follows:
"The company already did one (referring to a forward looking statement) and cannot do a second one at this stage so close to file its 8-k and 10-Q as it could be viewed by SEC as stock manipulation ." This is the first correspondence with the company that I have read where they refer to the 10-Q, so that in itself is nice to hear.
And then there was this little nugget " ...at this stage so close to file its 8-k... ", that was music to my ears. Now how close is "so close"? Who knows, but to me that means no more than a couple weeks at the most. PLEASE NOTE: THAT IS MY OPINION AS TO A TIME FRAME, NOT THE COMPANY'S.
2) "However the company is working in getting its status current asap and things will be looking different afterwards and the company will be able to issue some overdo overdue press release . In my opinion this is another exciting statement. The 8-k should be the first catalyst to push us past resistance at .0028, follow that up with a forward looking PR from Levy and this thing takes off.
3) Finally, I love the fact that they stated they have gone silent because they want to ensure that they are playing by the SEC's rules. To me it prove that this is in-fact a stand up company that makes it a priority to adhere to SEC regulations. They are going to grow this company ethically and legally which means they will be around for the long haul. It also means things may not happen as quickly as we want them to, but we can be sure that it is being done right. This is Levy and Lee's baby, they are going to raise it right.
To sum it all up, this email made me feel a lot better about where we stand. I'll be the first to admit, my confidence was beginning to waver a bit. This email was the breath of fresh air I needed, I am ready to see this thing through until payday.
