so were did this info about a RS come from. i see nothing on the ntek website referring to it. i see nothing on the ultraflix site i see no sec filings so nothing official that i can see. i have heard that a facebook post came out then i heard someone got a email. so just saying if there is going to be one why are we not getting something offical from the company about it. how much of a RS 5:1, 10:1 what. why put that out there i heard what almost 2 months ago we would be getting a letter very soon, ok were is it. just leaving us all in limbo is not helping.
