The following are a few general guidelines for qualifying for Ex-Im Bank support:
You must have been in business for at least three years.
Products/services must comply with Ex-Im Bank’s Content, Military, and EXIM Bank Policies.
Products must be shipped from the United States.
Destination countries must be eligible for Ex-Im Bank-supported transactions (refer to Ex-Im Bank’s Country Limitation Schedule).
You must be able to provide financial statements or tax returns for at least one year.
If your business and products meet the general guidelines, you are encouraged to contact a regional office for further counseling.
...so even though the factory is located in China, are we shipping product from China to the US for resale? The requirement stated the product is to be shipped from the US not from any alternate location to qualify for loans.

By utilizing a skilled local supply chain and an experienced United States design and manufacturing team, we are able to offer our customers significantly improved delivery times and superior products at extremely competitive prices, all while using United States produced raw materials and US based product and tooling designs .

Obviously the required documentation has been submitted and "approved for submittal"...we still must wait then, from what I read, for qualification for funding according to these guidelines from Ex-Im....maybe this is the loophole around the "shipped from the US" ...not needing to be manufactured from the US...sorry folks, just thinking out loud...in the end, I believe Bill has considered these guidelines before submitting...
