I emailed IR last night, I asked two questions:
1) "I completely understand that these things can take time and you can not relay any specific information as to a release date, but can you confirm whether or not the UMS 8-k is currently being worked on?"
2) "Are there any plans for Mr. Lee or Mr. Levy to release any forward looking statements concerning the merger and future plans not that the merger is complete?"
I received a one sentence response:
"The company will not release any additional forward looking statement until current in its filings."
I guess it shouldn't come as a surprise that they completely ignored the first question, although I was hoping they would give me something as simple as a "Yes, still being worked on", or "no, it is not currently being worked on" would have sufficed. I suppose it also makes sense that we won't be hearing from Lee and/or Levy until filings are current, but man, I believe just hearing from one of them would go a long way in the eyes of the shareholder. Maybe even stabilize share price a bit until all the filings have been released.
