"when the company has been on a downtrend for year

Most of this message is not responding directly to your post Cannibal ... I appreciate your posts.
I don't think the company has been on a downtrend for years, just the pps.
Think of all the positive news we have received from NTEK and partners ... increasing revenues and users of Ultraflix 4k ... more content than I (and most longs) would have hoped for and even thought would be possible a couple of years ago.
I bet NTEK has exceeded the expectations of longs for what they have done and the partnerships they have forged with many big businesses over the past two or less years. People want news from the company? Geez, tons of news came out of the past couple of years, do you want real news or a BS typical penny stock shareholder letter?. Some complain about the company but if the pps was .50 a share right now they would think the company was the greatest ever. Sickening to see how people (whose goal number 1 to make money) hope new investors will buy the stock so the pps will go up complain on a public board. Kinda makes me think they should just sell and let someone more savvy buy up. Maybe the stock is waiting for, survival of the fittest I guess.
Seems like there are organized take downs by flippers who brag in PMs about making 10k during the last spike. Really? 10k? That is good money but no need to brag, I know some longs here that make 10k a week while they are on the toilet. Games can be played with a lightly (but not too lightly) traded stock, this is a perfect stock for flippers. Companies fault? No. I suggest playing their game and beating them to it. I had admitted this before, maybe a year ago, I have sold on a spike a while back and had added more shares than I had before. Just last spike I sold some. If pps is lower I will add more. I will have the most shares I have ever had without keeping a penny of my NTEK money on the sidelines or for withdrawal. This current downtrend in the pps will morph into another run soon is my guess. I will be buying up proportionally soon up or down.
Hate me for being a flipper? I have not flipped for money, I have flipped to add shares, to get more of a company I believe in - into my hands Some have been playing with the stock, I am not going to be helpless like many here that have been complaining on this board. I think I am helping even though there may be varied opinions, I have good intentions. Having said this again, even after times I have sold I have been 100% publicly supportive of NTEK. I am not one of those shameless posters who bash after I sell a bit, I wouldn't go there. I post on the Yahoo board daily and often even when I am looking to buy. If it goes up while I am down some shares, big deal, I already hold enough shares for my standards that I am fine either way. My goal when I sell is to later buy more shares than I had before, I'd rather have shares in my hands than someone else's, there is less for the bad guys to play with.
Don't say any longs who sell after a spike in pps kill rallies. For those who haven't noticed, the pps will go up and down easily for no fundamental reason, ... but because their is / are a group of traders that want it that way. There is nothing the company can control about the day to day trading, NTEK, just needs revenue increases quarterly (which they are doing) and audited fins, they are working on it.
So, here's what I think. Longs should trade, goal being to add shares. Imagine where we'd be if all longs including myself had this mentality from the beginning. Trade away, goal to add shares.
I went off tonight, possibly because I celebrated a promotion at work. Bashers on Yahoo will wonder how a guy that posts so much on Yahoo message boards would get a promotion? The answer: don't worry about it.
Can't stand to see longs, the ones I know are true longs, criticizing the company they are investing in on a public board. SMH, hurts more than it helps. Chances a potential investor reads this is much greater than the chances of an NTEK company head reading and caring about your uninformed opinion. Plus, NTEK is a real company, they can't always speak when dealing with companies larger than them.
GO NTEK..
