GS, agreed there are many variable not yet stated - normal in any litigation. If it does go to trial it will only slow their business growth. I personally feel if the company had the stop sign removed, current filings. The dealership model would grow at a much faster rate. Many potential dealers are setting in a hold pattern until this is resolved.
The end result is clear, product sales very well once people become familiar with the brands.
My hope is HJOE receives a restraining order preventing any conversion or action by KBM. Allows HJOE the file and pursue KBM for usary and fraud.
Tomorrow will be a monumental day politically and the following Tuesday will be also. Interesting to say the least. GLTA
