That's because he refused to have a hip replacement. His religion doesn't believe in any type of surgery especially when a blood transfusion is warranted. I mean he knew he would eventually be in a wheelchair but I guess he used pain pills to keep the pain away and to keep pushing himself.
He should have had the hip replacement . I've been crying that all night I don't want to offend people and their beliefs but I'm not going to be a martyr for the cause. If a doctor tells me you need this in order not to suffer from that then to me that's a sign from God to get your sec d opinion and if you get the same answer. Pray and be blessed with your health
