What do you imagine the FBI is doing if not looking for evidence that is more than 'self-evident', but rather requires proof and explanation to refer to DOJ for legal action. Then of course if there is an indictment, prosecution will be required to provide proof, evidence.
They can't say "our case is self-evident, we don't need to prove or explain anything."

The really 'sad thing' is that former Judge Andrew Napolitano is pulling it out of his ass. He knows NOTHING about the FBI investigation, and it's clear from O'Reilly's questions that O'Reilly KNOWS Napolitano is full of hyper-partisan sh*t!
