$PSGR........ IN MY OPINION, one can safely presume that after 20+ years of existence, something is not quite right with a company that has returned NOTHING to shareholders. For those of you who are new to PERSHING RESOURCES, I strongly recommend that you review the prior years of this company by its current name and its former names. Throughout its history the ebb and flow of the share price for its stock has been closely tied to its announcements of 'new' technologies that are purported to be environmentally friendly or will produce better yields of precious metals. As far as I can determine, the only individuals who have benefited from Pershing Resources are those who reside at the ownership/Corporate level. The catch phrase 'Research & Development' prevents anyone from maintaining that anything is legally questionable or dishonest about the actions of Pershing Resources. What has been a constant with the company is that the R&D has produced no return on investment to the common shareholder. I may be wrong but I believe it is more than a coincidence that a small publically traded company can stay in business for 20+ years and never have returned anything of value to its shareholders. For those of you who are considering stock purchase, DUE DILIGENCE is strongky recommended. For current shareholders, what are your thoughts and/or future actions?
