Can't help but feel the company is holding things back so the pps doesn't run...Maybe giving Usm employees time to load some...Maybe the 8k is taking longer expected...that's fine , but no reason the 10q needed to be current...has been filed...really not sure ...in corresponding with levy, I don't feel scammed , seems like a legit business, trying to figure things out....just my opinion thou
