After the 10k I asked Levy what was going on with the YE and he said he wasn't answering any more questions.
The issue for me is if they have been working together since September 2015...then how are they going to account for that?
So far we have 2015 for UMS through June 2015 and through August 2015 for iTALK.
If they don't account for the joint company until the close in January then how could they have been working together since Sept 2015.
