If litigation occurs, SFRX can refute each and every claim by me. Of course the Court would require SFRX provide actual proof.
Such as, we never said in the original complaint the Defendant could ban posters, and here is the document. Nor did we say we lost contracts (plural).
We never filed with the SEC we had a recovery permit. Here are our filings. To do so would suggest we have salvage rights.
Or, we said we have a recovery permit because we do. Here is the permit we received. SCM linked a bogus permit on Scribd. We can also use propwash deflectors. See, it's all right here.
The mere suggestions by you and others that I am posting false information and providing no proof to the contrary is most telling.
We'll pretend no one has noticed, okay?
