Yes, old dd and a great post gator11! Also, under the Dec 13, 2012 financial for period ending Aug 31, 2012, it clearly shows Novamex as a shareholder of 200,000 shares. Seems I remember reading that SRGE was buying back shares and possibly retiring but page 6 of the financial as follows states officers/insiders were negotiating to buy the remaining 200,000 shares Novamex owned.
And, the 12-13-12 issued financial states on the balance sheet section after page 38 that there were 923,276,868 shares issued and outstanding as of the financial period ending date of 8-31-12. But, on page 4 it is indicated there are currently 545,874,868 shares currently issued and outstanding I assume as of the 12-13-12 financial issue date. That tells me SRGE was buying back and retiring shares from the previous conversions, Novamex, etc.
