After the housing collapse..there is a dip...after 9/11..there is a dip. The major "notice" comes with the housing boom in the 90's.....that is where they flooded in via construction subs. I personally experienced that and had some great discussions with them. There would usually be one(at least) in a group that spoke English.....and were legal. That one was the boss/sub owner. near the end of the 90's up until the crash was where I saw more of them...and heard the btchn' from locals. The btchn' was not directed at the illegals/legal migrants...it was at the builders that were hiring them and letting go local subs. It was starting to get very brutal out there.
Look at the charts.....It's pretty obvious.....so;
