I could be completely wrong here, but one plausible explanation is this: The IRT thinks we're talking about 100K bearings (not dollars... 100,000 bearings), so they are not seeing an order for that many bearings. So...how do we justify Bill saying $100K of bearings produced and shipped? Remember... these are not $30 roller bearings for your car; these can be $25,000 EACH. So, just for grins and giggles, let's say the PO was for demonstration/sample parts, and the ordering company agreed to pay $100k for say FOUR bearings...
That could potentially explain the situation and make ALL parties truthful and correct...yet confusing because of the 100K vs $100K figures.
