I noticed that also.
It seems to me that Cowan notifying Coates on 4-18-16 that they have transferred their SEC practice to MSPC and referencing "audit reports from "Cowan" on the financial statements of the Company as of and for the years ended December 31, 2016 and 2015" should invalidate the 8-K filing.
No wonder Cowan wanted out. They are incompetent. A correction should be filed. Then again, maybe they filed exactly what Barry told them to file.
I should be kinder to Barry. He may be really ill.
