"Why didn't they just go for say 10 million"
I was going to put that in my post as well. If it was BS - why go $50MM in make it sound pie in the sky and unbelievable? Why not say $5-7 and make it sound "just within reach"...?
I also was thinking the same thing as far as respect for the shareholders that are really long term and patient. It is fully disclosed but that doesnt mean it is fully/widely known.
Further - this isnt just happenstance. Much of this has been going on in the background for months. Remember when Bill tweeted priorities changed and he needed to see Boeing...? This probably what was being discussed. Path forward. What it would take to fast track and get them to where they need to be. Boeing can save significant money by having a Chinese based mfg. This isnt throwing $TPAC a bone. This is investing time with them so that they get a return later. Mfg do that with suppliers all the time.
