Bill is under writing the 10% down with his personal wealth......CEO Bill McKay's physical cash and personal holdings in domestic USA and CHINA comes in at about $5,000,000 USA dollars, this is what will be transferred into TPAC within the next 45-90 days. This is the present reconstruction plan being worked on.
