I agree. Either investors dont believe it will happen (or low probability) or they simply dont understand the magnitude of the funding/updates. This is what the long termers wanted. All of those that were buying in the 30s, 40s, and 50s should be all over these prices. Why arent they...? Probably a lot more short term traders on here than will admit.
I had orders fill on the open at 24, 25, and 26 and had orders fill at 28 and then back again at 24.
This is NON DILUTIVE funding.
Backed by last 3-4 years of R&D, insider capital, shareholder risk, and will be buoyed by Bills $5MM stake to secure next round of financing. 10% of 50 is 5 so that is pretty standard.
If they do $25MM in one contract they are at year 2 on revenue projection. This is a faster ramp up than expected which is why they need $50MM instead of $3-7MM.
If you dont believe this is real - sell and move on.
